Last weekend, i’ve been to New york City for thanksgiving! At this time of the year in the city, there’s a great Christmas atmosphere with plenty of lights. For this outfit, I was inspired by both Serena in Gossip Girl and the amazing decorations! Then, when I entered in Billie Boutique, I just fell in love with this glamorous sequin blazer.

As the temperature drops, I’m more and more inclined to reach for comfortable cocoon-like pieces. And nothing yields cozy results like chunky knits. For this outfit, I was inspired by both the 2010 autumn and 2011 spring trends. Even if we’re still in fall, I started looking for spring trends. As you probably know, I’m a big fan of Chloé. This is why I was happy to find out that the 2011 spring collection includes ballerinas. ( I’m also a big fan of flats)!!!!

But, to remind me that we’re still in November, I decided to wear an outfit with neutral colors! This is why I paired the J brand jeans (again) with this super comfortable Graham & Spencer top and this amazing and original leather jacket from Graham and Spencer (It reminds me of Rick Owen leather jacket).

Finally, I decided to wear these cute flats to add a little touch of spring.

I completely adore sweaters and I could wear them all year long. But when fall arrives, I appreciate their comfort more then ever! The fact that they are cosy is not the only good point about sweaters, they are also very versatile! You can wear them at work, for a casual day or even for a relaxed diner with friends.

For this outfit, I chose to wear this amazing Velvet knit top.

I totally fell in love with the little details on the side that give this piece its originality. I paired it with these J brand jeans.

They are the sames ones I wore for my previous post but in a different color! I chose to wear them because they are truly and totally the most comfortable pants ever! To accessorize this look, I added these gorgeous Pour la Victoire pumps and this Alexis Bittar gold necklace.

As you know, i'm a big fan of Chloé!!! And I totally felt in love when I saw this new collection!!! For spring, designer Hannah MacGibbon incorporated minimalist outing with clean silhouettes and sheer materials . I adore the color palette of brown, white and black and the amazing leather tops.!! For sure, minimalism, sheer and leather will be hot trends for spring 2011!! :)

For spring, Max Azria presented a collection with functional minimalism dresses. Soft and sheer material, asymmetrical silhouettes, lightweight and airy are words that came to my mind when I saw this show. I really like this collection and I think it represent the feminity of the modern woman.

This week, Laure and me went to Tagada Bistro to shoot our outfits with Julia. With the pink and green colors that gave to this bistro a great vibrating atmosphere, I chose to wear a neutral outfit with black’s tones. The combination of these three amazing garment was perfect for what I wanted to create. I also chose to wear this particular outfit because I think it’s very elegant and it’s easy to wear to go out at this time of the year. So for my look of the day, I wore a one-pocket tee with a slit at the back top from Robert Rodriguez paired with a cropped tuxedo jacket from Designers Remix and a pair of black J brand jeans (the most comfortable pants I’ve ever worn). I also add a Badgley Mischka grey bag and these Shellys shoes as accessories.

With fall coming soon, it’s time for the new collection to hit the store. When I entered at Billie Boutique, I had in mind to create an outfit inspired by fall trends like camel, minimalism, fifties, head to toes colors or even fur. But, for this season, animal prints are very trendy too. So I cracked for this beautiful brown and cream dress By Malene Birger.

The elegance and the softness of this fabric make this dress the perfect outfit for a nice diner on a terrace to begin fall. I finally embellished the look with Reminescence jewlery.

It's septembre and the temperature is getting colder. I stored away my summer cloths and I unpacked my fall and winter clothing. I absolutely adore this season's colors! camel, grey, red, kaki!!! OK I bought few things these past weeks and I just want to show you my favorites buys for this summer!!!! :)
I FINALLY got myself a nice Chloé bikini!! Those who know me could understand why i'm so excited to have a swimsuit from my favorite designer!!!! I also bought a lot of stuff from BCBGMAXAZRIA! the blazer, the both tops and these nice nude open toes are from there!! I don't really wear a lots of color usually but I just love these two colorful tops!! the coral one is short at the front and long at the back!! it's really nice with a tight skirt!!Oh and the cute jelly sandals are from B2.
BY THE WAY, just wantto let you know that this sunday, I'll be at the Osheaga festival in Montreal. Snoop dogg ( yes I really like him!!) and DeadMau5 will be there!!!

I've been really busy these past few days, working 7 days a week and I havn't been able to post outfits. And it's hard to take pictures without a camera!! During a questionnaire that I answered for the photoshoot in collaboration with Billie's online shop, they asked me: what's your style... I should have answered: Me, it's Chloé! Since many seasons, my favorite show was Chloé. I like the neutral tones and the chic parisian look! This is the Chloé resort collection for 2010 and seriously, I would wear every single piece of these outfits!!! I love Chloé!
By the way, i'm sorry for not posting a lot of outfit these days...I don't have a camera right now! I will probably be able to post outfits this week!!!

I found these black suede shoes at Hush Puppies and I found them wierd at first but I thought they had a little something so I bought them! While I looked at Fashion shows on Style.com, I realized that Prada have made similar shoes for their Fall / winter 2010 collection!!!

FINALLY! I always dreamed to have the T by Alexander Wang's Maxi dress, I finally found a maxi dress perfect for me. As you were able to notice, I'm very small. I find that this dress (whatever worn with 4inch wedges) makes me look taller! The only problem is that I can't wear this dress without heels beacause it's way too lonnnggg for me!!! :P

Today it's mother's day and we are doing a great diner for my mom!!! Also, I ended my semester and i'll be able to do more DIY.
Last week, i was shopping for new sandals and I was looking for Givenchy-ish sandals from spring summer 2010. Well, while shopping on Aldo.com, I found these gorgeous black wedges! They kind a look like the givenchy ones!
